SERVICE TERMS
By requesting a quote, signing a proposal, or scheduling work with Johnrob Contracting, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our general scope of services includes residential and light commercial construction, repairs, and improvements. Please note that each specific project is governed by the details outlined in the respective written estimate or signed contract.
ESTIMATES AND PAYMENTS
Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if site conditions or project scope are altered. Payments are structured via deposits, progress payments, and a final payment due upon substantial completion. We accept standard payment methods as noted in your invoice. Late payments may incur fees, and Johnrob Contracting reserves the right to pause work if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Johnrob Contracting provides a limited warranty on labor and workmanship for a specified period following project completion. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, work performed by third parties, and materials covered by manufacturer warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project in question.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and ensuring necessary access to the property. Personal items must be moved from work areas prior to commencement. It is the customer's duty to obtain necessary approvals from landlords or HOAs and to comply with all safety instructions provided by our crew during the project lifecycle.

2. Estimates and Payments
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and are subject to change if site conditions or the project scope are modified. Projects typically require an initial deposit followed by progress payments as outlined in the contract. Final payment is due upon substantial completion. Acceptable payment methods will be specified on your invoice; late payments may incur additional fees. Johnrob Contracting reserves the right to pause work if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
3. Warranties and Liability
We offer a limited workmanship warranty on labor provided directly by Johnrob Contracting. This warranty excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, work performed by others, or materials covered by manufacturer warranties. Our liability is limited to a cap of the total amount paid for the project, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and securing necessary access to the property. All personal items must be moved out of designated work areas prior to commencement. It is the customer's duty to obtain any required approvals from HOAs or landlords and to comply with all safety instructions provided by our team throughout the duration of the project.
Warranties & Liability
Labor & Workmanship
Johnrob Contracting provides a limited warranty on labor and workmanship for a period defined in your project contract. This warranty is strictly limited to services performed by our team and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or pre-existing structural issues. Materials are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties and are not covered under this workmanship guarantee. Our liability for any claim arising out of this agreement is capped at the total amount paid by the customer for the project, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure a successful and timely project, Johnrob Contracting relies on the cooperation and commitment of our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to fulfill the following obligations:
Project Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete project specifications, site information, and any known property constraints before work begins.
Access & Preparation: Customers must grant our crew uninterrupted access to the property during scheduled work hours. All personal items, valuables, and furniture must be moved out of work areas prior to commencement.
Approvals & Compliance: It is the customer's sole responsibility to obtain any required approvals, permits, or variances from HOAs, landlords, or local authorities unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Safety Instructions: For the protection of all individuals on site, customers and their guests must follow all safety instructions and warnings provided by our crew throughout the project duration.
